Accessibility Statement

BIP Visualized is committed to making our platform usable for as many people as possible, including individuals who use assistive technologies. We aim to align with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA and the Revised Section 508 Standards.

Current Accessibility Status

BIP Visualized is partially accessible. Many areas of the platform work well with zoom, color contrast requirements, labeled form fields, and keyboard navigation. Other areas - including interactive workflows in the BIP Builder and Strategy Builder - currently have limitations with keyboard navigation and screen readers.

• Vimeo videos include captions and transcripts
• PDFs available for download (partially accessible)

Known Limitations

We are actively addressing the following:

• Keyboard navigation gaps in the BIP Builder
• Drag-and-drop actions in the Strategy Builder without keyboard alternatives
• Some icons or images without alt text
• Modals that may not read correctly with some screen readers
• Occasional contrast issues in select components
• Interactive elements without ARIA roles in certain pages

Ongoing Improvements

BIP Visualized is actively enhancing accessibility across the platform. Upcoming improvements include expanded keyboard support, updated ARIA labeling, and refinements to Builder workflows to increase compatibility with assistive technologies.
